by our partner MO IMMOBILIER who deals with private
and common gardens, garbage, pool maintenance and also
a turnkey package for the management in case of investment.
The project is located in Lamai (Koh Samui) with a leasehold of 30 years for the land.
The project started in September 2018 with 8 villas that are within walking distance of downtown with shops (2 min) and various beaches (3 min) in close proximity.
Due to the success of the first phase, it has been decided to go on with 6 other villas.
All of the villas offer very beautiful spaces both inside and outside.
Villas are made with quality materials for a very affordable price.
After 10 months, the first villas were occupied by their owner.
